Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the silk items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original Slip® branded boxes to ensure they are protected during transit and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned silk, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
